We have 76 mobiles on the Vodafone network managed by Qualitel. When selecting Qualitel initially, they offered one of the best deals from a financial perspective, and even arranged for our old phones to be sold and recycled.

I have used many telecommunications companies during the last decade, and I can confirm that Qualitel are by far the best and have exceeded all my expectations with regard to customer service. Whilst we had always been happy with the quality of network coverage experienced via our operator, we felt that we were lacking the personal touch with regard to customer service, and were receiving no proactive account management whatsoever.

We were given unbiased opinion on various solutions that were available, and indeed the outcome of our deliberations resulted in a bespoke package that suited our needs with a major network, coupled with a reduction in costs.

This also involved a move from one supplier to another with some 300 plus connections across 20 offices within the UK, to include not only voice, but Blackberry and mobile broadband.

I can only compliment Qualitel staff upon their willingness to help in all aspects of this major step, and indeed go beyond what I would consider to be normal day to day business. I would also add that it is willingness and resolve to take issues to a conclusion that is a plus.

In June 2008, Grosvenor Estates awarded the responsibility of our corporate telecommunications to Qualitel. This decision was made on many different levels and with ease. The initial benchmarking exercise was undertaken by Mike Ridgway of Qualitel who went to great lengths to learn about our organisation and proved that he had developed an excellent understanding of our business and the needs that are critical to our daily operations. The structure that was then recommended to us catered comfortably to all our requirments including one particular area of concern which was network coverage.

I would like to take this opportunity to praise the Qualitel team for their pro-active management of our account. In particular it has been of enormous benefit to receive monthly electronic reports relating to our invoice and usage created by Qualitel.
