Audio recordings are then made of all incidents, which have helped to gain numerous convictions by providing irrefutable evidence that perpetrators were at the scene of the crime. They also convey the full force of the attack better than any written report. The Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) has achieved the highest standard available in the UK. Complying with BS5979 Category 2 & BS8484 Qualitel’s ARC facility meets the highest security standard outlined by the British Standards Institute.

The council are using the vehicle tracking mainly to monitor road sweeping productivity.
